does anybody know any details of a hanging/haunting in what is now nisa/whiteheads in haslingden. it used to be a bingo hall/cinema and apparently a church many years ago.

Hi Beerman, sorry it's taken a while for me to catch up but I've got a proper job now and can't surf in the office!! I have relatives in Haslingden who have lived there for over 80 years. I'll ask them what they know and pass it on. I used to live in a haunted house in Haslingden and I've heard so much about other places in the town, I'm sure that there's lots of potential for investigations.

Asked all the releatives an no-one can remember anything about death or hauntings around that building. Sorry!
